TRAVELLING PERSONAL ASSISTANT

We are recruiting for our female client, an experienced ‘globally based’ Travelling PA, with fluent French, English & Arabic (optional).

 

The principal travels globally with regular travel between London, South of France and Saudi Arabia, with travel to other parts of the world.

 

The chosen candidate should be a GB or EU passport holder and have full flexibility to travel, with proven experience supporting UHNW clients in a private capacity, with lots of shifting priorities.

 

The PA will support and represent all aspects of this Principal’s lifestyle including co-ordinating personal and social engagements, healthcare appointments, general lifestyle related bookings, travel management, errand running, and general admin along with packing and unpacking of luggage and wardrobe management.

 

Candidates should also have knowledge of haute couture and luxury brands.

A fantastic opportunity, this role would suit a top-level PA with strong independent leadership and organizational skills, extensive luxury private PA experience, an ability to adapt to various cultures and protocols, and who will commit to long term global travel.

 

This is a full-time role with hours of rest given in accordance with the Principals’ schedule. Salary £65,000 - £80,000 DOE plus accommodation in all properties, meals, travel expenses, work visa and travel insurance. Start ASAP.

 

Further requirements:

 

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within a family office or high-net-worth individual (HNWI) environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, or related fields.

Skills: Fluency in French, English & Arabic. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Attributes: High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and demands.

 

Polished and professional PA, with excellent interpersonal skills ensuring seamless communication with domestic staff across various locations. Discretion and confidentiality are paramount in this role.
