Tiger Private is in search of an experienced Russian speaking Estate/House Manager fluent to oversee the effective management of our esteemed client's properties in Belgravia, Hyde Park & Weybridge.

The role involves providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Principals. Your responsibilities will include supervising house staff to ensure impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of designated properties in Belgravia, Hyde Park, and Weybridge. You will manage the daily operations of drivers, security personnel, chefs, and cleaners, ensuring seamless functioning. Additionally, you'll be responsible for liaising with contractors and organizing events such as family dinners, house parties, and seasonal celebrations. As a Personal Assistant to Madam, your duties will extend to calendar management, overseeing household accounts, managing pet care, handling global shipping logistics, and coordinating family events. Your proficiency in shorthand, IT skills, and adaptability, coupled with discretion, will be crucial for efficient task execution.

If you have 5-10 years of experience in UHNWI environments, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality, we would love to hear from you. Having A Level qualifications or higher, including English and Maths, along with a background in Business Administration, would be advantageous.

A full UK driving license will be required.
