Lynda is the founder and force behind LJW Recruitment.
Having lived and worked in Australia, the UK, Switzerland and USA, she has more than two decades of global experience in luxury, publishing, retail and property management, hospitality and niche recruitment areas. A sought after recruiter, Lynda has a wealth of knowledge in dealing with private clients and lifestyles from a variety of countries and cultures, and specialises in the placement of highly trained and experienced household staff and management.
Previously, Lynda spearheaded Global Business Development and was head of Quintessentially America; the worlds leading luxury private members' club with an international 24 hour concierge service. She was also instrumental in the development of the concierge service and launch of cell phone, 'Vertu'. Prior, she was MD and Editor for Europe & USA at Cadogan Publications, heading the development of leading 'luxury lifestyle' publishing and media TV concepts. She also reported on Europe and USA Hotel & Restaurant news and trends for Hospitality Ireland magazine (awarded Business to Business Specialist magazine of the Year).
Lynda is well known for enabling successful business relationships and an unrivalled quality of service. She believes in working in long-term partnerships with all parties. Originally from Australia, she left in 1994 and now calls London 'home'.

Dominic Thatcher established ThatcherMacKenzie at the beginning of 2008. Having completed his LLB and post graduate certificate of legal practice, Dominic's career in recruitment commenced in 1997, recruiting for law firms across the North West of England and the Channel Islands.
Dominic moved to Jersey in 2002 and worked for an international recruitment consultancy managing offices in Jersey, Guernsey, BVI and Geneva, as well as recruiting for law firms and niche finance businesses across Jersey, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Dominic established ThatcherMacKenzie in order to solely focus on recruitment for the trust, wealth planning and family office sectors across Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Singapore. He works in both a retained and contingency capacity for private banks, independent trust companies and single / multi family office businesses, sourcing high calibre individuals from within and also outside of the jurisdictions of focus.
With offices in Jersey, Geneva and Zurich, Dominic divides his time between Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Jersey, as well as regularly visiting Singapore.

Exclusive Household Staff was founded by John R Pettman who has been involved within the domestic staff area for over 15 years, following a successful career working as a Butler / Estate Manager and Lifestyle Manager within the private sector.
John's first position was at Buckingham Palace, followed by a move a couple of years later to the British Embassy in Paris. At the British Ambassador's Residence, John was part of a small professional team of Butlers providing excellent front of house services, ranging from small lunches for heads of state to large garden parties, catering for over 2,500 guests. Since leaving the Ambassador's Residence, John has been employed by some high profile families, managing multiple properties and staff worldwide - his knowledge and expertise are second to none. John has an excellent reputation within private service and has managed in excess of twenty domestic staff worldwide at any one time. After spending over a decade within private service, John turned his attention to recruitment within private residences.
John believes that he is in a unique position enabling him to meet with clients, understand their needs and introduce only the most highly qualified and experienced staff to match specific and exacting requirements.
