Tiger is currently partnered with an individual based in Woodstock, New York who owns a successful investment company, as well as having numerous artistic and philanthropic endeavors. They are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to assist on both the business and personal side. To be considered for this position you must be located in or within commuting distance of Woodstock, New York.

 

My client is looking for someone who has experience with general administration, research, and bookkeeping, as well as a willingness to do property management. This is a remote position, but there will need to work from the home office from time to time.


Core responsibilities include:

  • Calendar management – business and personal
  • Overseeing home office including budgets
  • Financial research, budget management, and bookkeeping
  • Project management and troubleshooting any issues that arise
  • Relationship management across different organizations
  • Property management

 

To be successful in this role you will have superb organizational skills, a calm and easy-going temperament, and a flexibility and willingness to adapt to new tasks and situations. You will be able to work confidently under your own initiative, but also be a people person and a great team player. It is incredibly important that the successful candidate is extremely trustworthy, and can exercise diplomacy in handling sensitive matters.


Other requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and administrative experience at the executive level
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills including Office, Slack, Gmail, and quick at learning new programs
  • A background in bookkeeping, accounting, or office management is preferred
