Tiger Private is currently seeking an experienced Private PA to provide support to an UHNW family based in London. This role involves exclusive collaboration with the Principal and her family on private and lifestyle matters, working in conjunction with the family's corporate EA and offers the opportunity to move seamlessly between a beautiful office and the residence in Notting Hill.

 

Key responsibilities include organising the school schedules and extracurricular activities for the children, handling school admin, and coordinating with nannies, tutors, teachers, and instructors. The role also entails coordinating with household staff, confirming their schedules in alignment with the children's school and managing the recruitment and oversight of household personnel. The Private PA will be involved in sourcing and liaising with contractors and house suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for emergencies or house-related issues. Other duties encompass organising and implementing private family events such as kids' parties and birthdays, managing the family's diary and travel arrangements, handling restaurant bookings, and scheduling personal appointments both in the UK and abroad. The role requires efficient and effective management of tasks even when the family is in different time zones, involving coordination with foreign staff and handling logistical aspects during extended stays abroad. Additional responsibilities include running errands, conducting personal shopping, and managing gift purchases. The Private PA may also be engaged in ad-hoc projects and research as needed.

 

The ideal candidate should be flexible, comfortable with on-call availability outside regular working hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays), attentive, quick-thinking, and possess previous Private PA experience within a High Net Worth or High profile setting. Creativity, efficiency, organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels are essential attributes for this role. The work locations are divided between the corporate office in St James’s and the residence in Notting Hill.
