Our international client has 2 positions for Live Out Housemen / Porters with a good knowledge of London, to join a fully staffed and formally run property.

The family consists of the main Principals, 5 children, and a couple of pets.

You will be extremely professional and present with a polished presentation, with previous experience working in a luxury property, hotel or similar 5* establishment, and a ‘Little Black Book’ of Contacts to make bookings, reservations, personal shopping etc.

You will coordinate the family events and manage the day to day running of the property, meet and greet all guests, coordinate orders and deliveries, deal with household suppliers and contractors, drive and do school runs, and handle any other family member requests and errands i.e. ordering food, water, flowers, send presents, post, etc.

The ideal person/s will be energetic, confident, extremely reliable, and trustworthy, with confident driving skills in and around London, and knowledge of the fastest, direct and most efficient driving routes. You will also travel with the family usually during school holidays, to assist with any requirements, luggage, passports, children etc.

This role is based on a Rota, working 10 days on and 10 days off, starting from 7am to 7pm (with some flexibility for late finishes when Principals are entertaining, driving etc).

You will have a valid EU / GB passport, and currently based and living in London (Zones 1 - 5), an Enhanced DBS with recent and checkable references. Start ASAP. Salary £55,000 gross per annum, statutory entitlements, and pension contribution. Email cv@ljwrecruitment.com
