Salary: £90,000-£110,000

We are looking for a highly experienced assistant to support an UHNW and his family who travel globally and are looking for a UK based assistant to work alongside their two other (long serving) assistants in providing support for the family.

You will need to have proven experience in an EA/PA capacity and at senior level as this role will require you to have excellent scheduling/inbox management skills and exceptional communication skills.

You will be required to help coordinate all logistical arrangements/household staff liaising/travel and all the responsibilities around moving around the globe. As one of 3 assistants you will work on rotation so two weeks travelling where the role will be more 24/7 followed by four weeks working from home supporting the principals from your laptop/phone. The split is 30% travel and 70% working from your own home. Both other assistants are based in the USA so there is a support network between each other but you must be a self-starter and someone with excellent emotional intelligence and natural drive and energy.

Ideally you will have at least 8-10 years’ experience and a solid track record as the principal and his family will only consider candidates whose CV's show longevity in their previous roles so this is an essential pre-requisite. Ideally you will have had experience of working in a corporate environment where you have been extensively involved in complex diary management and logistics as there will be extensive travel organising across multiple time zones (for the principal and all family/staff) with often last-minute changes etc. But there is heavy emphasis of course on this being provided in a private capacity. This is a busy, demanding role and you need to be calm, highly professional and act with total discretion and of course have a flexible work ethic and a can-do attitude. Someone ideally who is warm, grounded and has a sense of humour is also a plus!

This is a role that crosses both business and personal support for the family so ideally you will have an understanding of what it entails supporting an UHNW private family. The role will therefore suit someone who can be a Private/Business PA who has that ability to provide accurate, discreet, and high-level support. You will deal with a range of people from household staff in multiple locations as well as business professionals and UHNW so you would need to be polished and confident with excellent PC and scheduling and organisational skills. This is a really fantastic role for someone who loves to be challenged and fully immersed in their role where no two days will be the same but where you are part of a professional, collaborative, and long serving team.
