This is a rare and exciting opportunity to manage a family office in London.


This ultra-high net worth European family is looking for a credible and experienced professional to lead the corporate and trust administration functions of a private family’s operations, delivered primarily from London with supporting operations in other European and non-European locations.


This is a broad-ranging role encompassing the direct management of a team of approximately 6 corporate and trust administrators handling the administration, risk and legal aspects of a group of offshore trusts and companies.  The manager will also play a key role in assisting the family’s Finance Director in the oversight of a further team of approximately four accounting personnel delivering back-office services for the family group.


The London office operates with a high degree of autonomy, making the head of the family office a key to its success. A broad range of skills and experience covering office management and the legal and administrative aspects of trust and corporate administration will be essential to enable you to provide effective strategic oversight. Strong people skills are a must with the ability to recruit, motivate and lead the team as well as fostering key relationships with financiers, lawyers and other professional advisers. Prior experience of establishing and running a family office will be very attractive.
