Butler / Lifestyle Manager for Private Ranch, Montana

Location: Montana
Accommodation: Private, newly built guest cottage (on-site)

Salary: $150-$180k

Schedule: Full-time, year-round | Principals in residence 75% of the year

I am working with a lovely couple with an extensive ranch in Montana, who is seeking an exceptional Butler / Lifestyle Manager to join their household team.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a 5-star luxury hospitality and high-end private household background who excels at anticipating needs, creating memorable guest experiences, and running a home with impeccable attention to detail.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide 5-Star Service in a Private Home
  • Deliver seamless, polished service to principals and guests
  • Handle table service, guest hosting, and overall guest experience
  • Maintain a refined, welcoming atmosphere across the property
• Lifestyle & Household Management
  • Ensure the home is always guest-ready
  • Support principals day-to-day when they are in residence
  • Assist with planning and hosting intimate gatherings and larger events
• Vendor & Logistics Coordination
  • Liaise with contractors, service providers, and vendors
  • Manage scheduling, communication, and follow-up
  • Oversee household operations to keep everything running smoothly
• Personal Assistance
  • Support with reservations, errands, scheduling, and occasional personal tasks

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience in 5-star hospitality, luxury resorts, and HNW private households
• Strong knowledge of service etiquette and high-end guest experience
• Professional, discreet, polished, and proactive
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable overseeing household operations
• Someone who enjoys both elevated service and the tranquility of ranch living
