PRIVATE PA / HOUSE MANAGER

We are looking for an excellent Private PA / House Manager to support a high profile family.
Applicants must be able to handle the day to day running of a family home, from general household admin to event planning, to personal shopping, travel planning and personal correspondence. You will be the face of the family, so it is important that you can be welcoming, helpful and always polite, going that one extra step when required.
Working from the Principal’s home this role requires someone who thinks on their feet, is experienced and collected and not phased by a busy and diverse role. Having the flexibility to travel and work longer hours on occasion is also required
The Principal has a happy, relaxed family home and they would like someone to join them who has a similar attitude whilst at the same time being extremely efficient.
Hours: Full time
Salary: Dependent upon experience
Start Date: ASAP
Driver: Full and Clean Driving licence required
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Handling confidential matters, this role includes taking responsibility for scheduling calendars, both private and business, arranging public appearances (approved beforehand via management) securing travel arrangements and maintaining itineraries
