A newly established Family Office is looking for a Chief of Staff to join their team and oversee the personal, operational, and logistical needs of a high-net-worth entrepreneur. This is an

Reporting directly to the Principal, this role involves supervising private staff, managing properties, coordinating travel for the Principal and support staff, and organising meetings and events
such as dinners. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor and ensure seamless execution of the Principal’s requirements with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Principal Support and Concierge Services
- Collaborate closely with the Principal to meet personal and professional needs, including sourcing luxury goods, services, and unique experiences.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and concierge, ensuring all requests and preferences are met with precision and confidentiality.
- Proactively anticipate the Principal’s needs, providing solutions.
Private Staff Management
- Oversee and manage the Principal’s private staff, including personal assistants, chefs, housekeepers, and nursing personnel.
- Establish clear workflows, schedules, and expectations to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews to maintain high standards of service.
Property Management
- Manage the operations and maintenance of multiple luxury properties, ensuring they are impeccably maintained.
- Coordinate property renovations, interior design projects, and fit-out works, liaising with contractors and designers.
- Monitor property-related budgets, contracts, and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
Travel Coordination
- Organise and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel for the Principal and support staff, including private jet logistics, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Develop detailed travel itineraries and address last-minute changes to ensure seamless execution.
- Organise travel logistics for events and vacations involving multiple individuals.
Meeting and Event Management
- Plan and organise meetings, events, and dinners, ensuring impeccable attention to detail.
- Handle venue selection, catering, guest lists, and logistics to create memorable experiences.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for flawless execution of events.
Project Management
- Oversee special projects such as property upgrades, major purchases, or bespoke initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison with vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring quality results.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables, always keeping the Principal updated.
Operations
- Maintain accurate and secure records of contracts, property details, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with the Family Office on payments, contract review, approvals and other operational aspects.
Problem-Solving and Adaptability
- Address challenges and crises with creativity and efficiency, providing proactive solutions.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and unexpected issues with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications and Skills
- Significant experience in a Chief of Staff, Senior Executive Assistant, Operations or similar role within a private family office or high-net-worth environment.
- Strong expertise in private staff management, property operations, event coordination, and complex travel logistics.
- Proven ability to organise high-profile events such as dinners, meetings, and gatherings.
- Exceptional organisational, and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using technology and software tools for scheduling, communication, and reporting.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
Remuneration will be commensurate with the duties and demands of the role and the experience of the candidate.
