Salary: 20,000.00 AED - 35,000.00 AED

We are recruiting a Private Chef for a couple based on Palm Jumeirah. The ideal candidate can create high-quality European and Mediterranean dishes, plan weekly menus, and manage all kitchen operations with consistency and professionalism. The couple is open to chefs coming from both private households and high-end restaurant backgrounds, provided they bring strong technical skill, creativity, and a calm, adaptable working style.

The role requires someone who can travel with the couple when needed, so visa-free access to Europe is essential. Flexibility, discretion, and the ability to work independently are key. Candidates who are immediately available will be prioritised.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily meals with a strong focus on European / Mediterranean cuisine
• Menu planning, shopping, and inventory management
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen
• Cater for small private dinners and occasional guests
• Travel with the family when required

Requirements:

• Experience as a Private Chef or in high-end restaurants
• Strong European / Mediterranean culinary background
• Ability to travel to Europe visa-free
• Discreet, flexible, and highly organised
• Immediate availability is an advantage
