A private family residing in Dubai Hills is seeking an experienced, creative, and reliable Private Chef to prepare fresh, healthy, and high-quality meals for a household of 5.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a variety of international cuisines, excellent presentation skills, and a flexible, service-oriented approach.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Plan weekly menus tailored to the family’s preferences and dietary needs
• Prepare and serve lunch and dinner daily (occasional breakfasts or snacks if requested)
• Create a diverse range of dishes, including but not limited to Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Asian, Indian, and Western cuisines
• Shop for fresh, high-quality ingredients or coordinate with suppliers as required
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized kitchen
• Ensure proper food storage and kitchen inventory management
• Accommodate special dietary requirements (e.g. gluten-free, vegetarian, low-sugar, etc.)
• Occasionally cater for guests, dinner parties, or family gatherings
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times in a private household environment

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven experience as a Private Chef or Chef de Cuisine in high-end households, hospitality, or fine dining
• Strong knowledge and execution of a wide range of international cuisines
• Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
• Understanding of nutrition, dietary trends, and special meal preparation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexible, discreet, and respectful of household privacy
