Tiger is working with an ultra-high net worth family who is looking for an experienced family manager. 

The family is based in San Francisco, but they are looking for someone that can occasionally travel with them to Truckee. There are two children in school, a large friendly dog and an extremely tech savvy family. The ideal candidate will be native to San Francisco, very tech savvy and comfortable around children. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage grocery shopping, pantry stocking, and family dinner preparation (simple, healthy cooking required; advanced culinary skills are a plus).
• Manage family laundry, process package returns, and maintain general tidiness (dishes, toys, spills, taking out trash/recycling).
• Coordinate service providers (gardeners, cleaners, handymen) and solicit bids for home maintenance projects.
• Occasional care for a well-behaved, 10-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog mix (70 lbs). Includes feeding and minimal weekend walking (dog walker provided on weekdays).
• Manage business research projects and coordinate with the family's remote Personal Assistant.
• Research and book family vacations and travel logistics.
• Assist with setting up online bill pay and coordinate maintenance for family vehicles.
• Handle school/activity pick-up and drop-off 1–2 times per week (via car, e-bike, or bus).
• Create a warm, loving, and fun environment featuring creative and educational activities.

WHO YOU ARE

• Must possess a reliable personal vehicle for household needs (fuel reimbursed for SF to Truckee travel). A family car is provided for child transport.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
• Extremely tech savvy - Familiar with GSuite / MS Office Suite a plus / Slack
• Must be up to date on vaccinations
