Location - MONACO
The Principal is a self-made UHNWI of Dutch origin. Currently operating out of Monaco with a global reach. The strategy is built on three pillars: Pan-European Real Estate, SME acquisitions
(M&A/Club Deals), and private investments. This is a lean, high-speed, tech-driven Private Office—not a corporate bureaucracy.
The Role:
- Force Multiplier This is a hybrid position for a high-level "integrator." You will be the gatekeeper and co-acquirer.
- Advisor Management: The client has a massive network of top-tier lawyers and experts. You doesn't need to be the specialist, but must understand the mechanics at a high level and ruthlessly
manage these professionals to drive deal processes to the finish line.
- The "Spiderweb": The client has a vast global Rolodex of exited founders and family offices. You will own the CRM and maintain and aggressively expand this network of "smart
capital" and deal sources.
- Acquisition Support: Screening teasers, managing the deal pipeline, and acting as the first point of contact for international brokers and co-investors.
- Total Unburdening: 100% ownership of all administrative, legal, and operational tasks, including private matters. The client needs to be completely free to focus on the big picture.
Candidate Profile
- Mindset: A "hustler" who is exceptionally organized and comfortable in a high-pressure, international environment.
- Presence: Must command immediate respect from seasoned founders, brokers, and UHNW investors.
- Tech-Savvy: Non-negotiable. You must leverage AI and automation tools to keep the operation lean and fast.
- Languages: Fluent English is mandatory. French is a very strong asset given the Monaco base.
- Setup Based in Monaco / Beausoleil. Competitive base + performance-based incentives.
