Family Personal Assistant (Live-Out)
Location: Primrose Hill, London
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8am – 6pm with flexibility when required
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 GPA
Children: 12, 9 and 4

 

Position Overview

An international family based in Central London is seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Family Personal Assistant to support the smooth running of family life. This full-time, live-out role combines educational support for the children with family and personal administration, alongside the coordination of day-to-day household logistics.

 

The successful candidate will become a trusted support to the parents, helping manage the children’s routines, educational development, schedules, travel, appointments, and wider family administration. Working closely with the parents, tutors, and household staff, they will contribute to maintaining a structured, calm, and supportive household environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Child & Family Support
  • Supporting the children’s routines, wellbeing, organisation, and educational development
  • Overseeing homework, reading, and educational support alongside tutors where required
  • Managing school collections, extracurricular activities, and day-to-day transitions
  • Encouraging positive manners, independence, and social development
  • Providing occasional proxy parenting and travel support when required
  • Family PA & Household Administration
  • Managing family diaries, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinating family logistics, documentation, and day-to-day administration
  • Liaising with schools, tutors, household staff, and external providers
  • Assisting with errands, shopping, orders, returns, and general household administration
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the household

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar private household or family PA role
  • Educational, tutoring, teaching, or child development experience preferred
  • Degree educated and fluent in English
  • Confident driver with a full driving licence
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
  • Warm, discreet, adaptable, and genuinely invested in supporting the family
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a household team
