Tiger is partnered with a High Net Worth Couple in New York who are seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across personal, household and lifestyle
requirements.
The Principal is the Founder / President of a fast-paced consulting firm, and this role will operate within a professional, corporate environment while providing highly personalized support. This
is a hands-on and varied position for a highly organized, proactive individual who can confidently manage day-to-day PA responsibilities alongside more complex household projects, travel logistics
and property requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage personal schedules, appointments, reservations, correspondence and administrative requirements
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation and detailed itineraries
- Manage social calendars, events, reservations, guest arrangements and lifestyle requirements
- Coordinate household staff, contractors, vendors and service providers
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs, deliveries, servicing and general household operations
- Support property projects, household moves, renovations and other larger-scale initiatives
- Coordinate travel and logistics between residences, ensuring everything is prepared ahead of arrival
- Manage household inventories, supplies and personal requirements
- Coordinate pet care, medical appointments and other personal arrangements
- Maintain accurate household records, documentation and vendor information
- Anticipate needs, identify potential issues and proactively put solutions in place
- Provide clear, concise updates and ensure tasks are followed through to completion
- Run errands and provide hands-on support as required
- Provide occasional on-site support and travel to Nantucket as required
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Household Manager or within a comparable private household environment
- Experience supporting two Principals is advantageous
- Experience managing both day-to-day PA responsibilities and more complex projects, such as moves, renovations, property projects or multi-residence logistics
- Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally
- Confident managing multiple priorities and working independently
- Resourceful, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership of tasks from start to finish
- Professional and polished, with the ability to operate within both corporate and private environments
- Comfortable managing relationships with staff, vendors, contractors and other service providers
- Discreet, trustworthy and able to exercise excellent judgment
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support outside standard business hours when required
- Valid driver's license required; manual driving experience preferred
- Flexible to travel as required
