**Exciting opportunity**

 

I am currently recruiting for a career focused Executive Assistant/PA to support a dynamic and high-profile Entrepreneur who is well renowned within the Tech industry.

 

This is an incredibly busy and fast paced role, so the EA will be hands-on, detail orientated and enjoy supporting in both a business and private PA capacity. Based in London, typically spending around 6 months of the year here, the rest will be spent travelling between the US, Caribbean and across Europe. The EA will travel with the executive everywhere, so it’s important that you’re flexible and able to adapt to meet the demands of the role.

 

This position will suit an EA/PA with some corporate experience, but who has also supported with personal PA duties too, acting as the lynch-pin to ensure everything is flawless. You will be professional, service minded, hyper organised and take your job seriously, whilst enjoying the many perks the position has to offer, including a fantastic!

 

What you’ll do;

  • Travelling throughout the year across multiple trips, short and long term
  • Managing a full business and personal calendar
  • Coordination and set up of personal items to each destination prior to arrival
  • Preparing detailed itineraries to make the executive’s travel experience seamless.
  • Supporting personal home wardrobe, fitness, nutrition, memberships purchases and social engagements
  • Continually updating and creating operating procedures to ensure consistency for the executive.
  • Managing household staff, including chef, driver and housekeeper
  • Managing personal residences globally
  • Communicating professionally with business partners
  • Researching and selecting vendors and partners
  • Researching business, real estate, personal needs and business investments
  • Possessing the skills to communicate clearly and effectively both written and verbally

 

What you’ll need;

  • 8 years + of experience as a PA/EA business and personal
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the year, globally.
  • Experience managing multi-location projects and operations
  • Works with a high level of urgency and a natural problem solver
  • Experienced in coordinating multi-stop travel arrangements, private jets, chauffeurs etc.
  • Resilient and able to make decisions under pressure with a highly level of initiative
  • A “can do” attitude and approach to tasks
  • Advanced computer literacy and knowledge of Word, Excel and other packages
  • A good sense of humour!
