This dynamic property and family office in Chelsea is looking for an experienced Recruiter with proven experience hiring household staff for HNW and UHNW private households.

This is a fantastic role for an extremely polished and experienced recruiter and would suit perhaps someone who has been a Private PA or worked on yachts. You will be responsible for coordinating household recruitment for HNW and or UHNW families.

As the family office specialises in property management for a number of families in the UK and abroad your role will include; placing adverts/interviewing candidates and liaising with clients to discuss requirements.  On occasion you will be working with recruitment agencies to source candidates for other roles within the business itself or for clients. Based in the office Monday to Friday this is an autonomous role that you can really build your own skills and be a pivotal member of the team.

You will need to have at least 3 years’ recruitment experience and understand the workings of what is required on the domestic side for a private household. The ideal candidate will need to be used to working at pace and deliver an exceptional level of service.

This is a high-level role which will require an energetic and confident self-starter with excellent communication and written skills. Huge variety in the role and the opportunity to liaise across all levels of the business. Great company and working environment in stunning Chelsea offices.
