This London based HNW Principal is looking for a dynamic and polished Private PA to support him and his wife (and dog). This is a five day a week role where you will work both remotely (but it is not a remote role) and from the family home in Chelsea. Whilst the role will enable you to work remotely on some occasions when the couple are not in the UK the couple will only consider candidates who live in London so there is a minimal commute. This is because you are often required at short notice to meet with staff or coordinate deliveries at their London apartment or in the case of any emergencies that require you to get to the property at short notice.

As the Private PA to the couple the ideal candidate must have previous experience of working for a HNW in a Private capacity and the total discretion required at this level. You will manage a very busy diary,  (business and personal commitments) as well as extensive travel arranging and liaising with household staff as well as having oversight of multiple bank accounts and making payments and coordinating expenses. In addition you will manage their lifestyle arrangements (restaurants/medical/vet) events and also coordinate gift buying/sourcing materials for renovation projects and generally coordinating your principals busy life.

As an experienced Private PA you will need to have at least 5 years experience working in a private capacity as this is a busy role where you will have to be good at spinning plates and be flexible.  This is a really fantastic role where previous PA's have been long serving and so you are very much part of the family. It is a really varied and involved role where you are relied upon and trusted and be a really great all-rounder. You will definitely need to be a self-starter with bags of initiative and be happy to work on your own on occasion as well as part of the wider household team. You will also need to be a dog lover.
