Our international client based between USA and UK, is seeking a Self Employed Private Chef to accompany to different locations around the world.
Ideally have experience working in the US with an understanding and knowledge in clean eating and modern Californian cuisines : low in saturated fats, high in fresh vegetables and fruits, lean meats and seafood, poki bowls, sushi etc.
Mainly cooking for the Principal, you will plan weekly menus with creativity, according to location and fresh produce available.
Travel will increase once restrictions and quarantines ease, with travel away for weeks at a time. However currently based in London until further notice.
Must hold either a US, a GB Passport or EU passport with European Settlement Status, and be currently based in London or near surrounds, with easy commute in and out. Accommodation will be provided for overseas locations only.
You will be Self Employed, DBS cleared, clean driving licence (useful for USA) and present with checkable references, a solid Private Chef history and good repertoire of menus and food pics.
12 month USA Contract equiv. GB£50,000 / US$70,000 gross pa DOE, 2 weeks holiday entitlement, medical insurance. Start July. Email your CV & food pics to firstname.lastname@example.org
