A start-up brand in the Fintech luxury /HNW space is looking for a Commercial & Partnership Manager with five years of experience in HNWI/UHNWI industries.

This is a fantastic role where you will be responsible for business & partnership development, contract management & negotiations, performance tracking, financial analysis & stakeholder Communications.

As this role is key to the building of the business you will need to have a Degree in marketing, business, hospitality (or related fields) as well as proven experience in UHNW industries such as lifestyle, high end retail/private yachts/private jets etc.

This is a really exciting role where you are joining a highly dynamic team of people who work from various locations around the UK and Central Europe. A great advantage to this role is that you can be based anywhere in the UK or Central Europe (travelling when required as part of your role). You will need to be a proficient English speaker, additional languages skills are a bonus but not essential.

As part of a small, start-up team the role will suit a self-starter with small company mentality and someone who is used to really getting involved from the small jobs through to managing the large projects and ultimately building a team as the business expands.

Key skills required are excellent negotiation skills & relationship-building abilities and up to date knowledge of industry trends, as well as laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will be a commercial expert with a strong book of contacts and a proven record of accomplishment in the HNWI/UHNWI sectors and have a passion for business development, this is a real once in a lifetime opportunity!
