A self-made Entrepreneurial Founder of an industry-leading luxury goods consultancy is looking for a Private and Business PA to revolutionise her life.

They are a boutique B2B luxury goods consultancy based in stunning offices in Mayfair; a very close-knit, fast-paced and hard-working team who pride themselves on being transparent, professional and service-driven. The company offer great perks – travel, industry gifts, bonuses, occasional WFH.

This is a newly-created 1:1 predominantly Private PA (with some business duties) to their straight-talking, generous, approachable and charismatic Founder. The role will involve running errands around London, travelling to the US and being on call as and when needed.

Duties will include; managing all family matters, extensive gifting list/present sourcing, handling all property/car/household bills, booking all personal appointments, personal and business travel itineraries as well as attending meetings and taking notes and following-up, booking meetings with suppliers, organising company entertainment and implementing processes.

This needs to be someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the smooth-running of this individuals life, create organisation through implementing systems and processes, and able to take direction as well as capable of upward management.

We are looking for someone quietly confident with 10+ years Private PA experience that is going to instil confidence and take control from Day 1. Ideally someone warm, flexible, charming, on-the ball, willing to go above and beyond for their boss. A unique opportunity for a wonderful candidate.

Salary £40 - £65,000 gross pa DOE.
