An exclusive opportunity has arisen with a prestigious Private Bank in Zurich, where the Client Services team is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee a high-performing team that provides an exceptional concierge service to high-net-worth clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and manage the team providing Lifestyle and Concierge services to clients within the Private Banking sector.
• Deliver tailored services such as luxury travel arrangements, banking services, and other exclusive offerings in line with the bank’s premium brand.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
• Coordinate and support the organization of high-profile events, meetings, and conferences, both internal and external.
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the team, ensuring continuous growth and exceptional service delivery.

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven leadership experience, particularly in Lifestyle, Personal Assistant (PA), or similar roles, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment while delivering outstanding service.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with both internal teams and high-profile, external clients.
• Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy, with a strong sense of integrity when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and German is required; fluency in Spanish and/or French is highly desirable.
