A position has become available for an experienced and professional maintenance manager, to assist with the day to day planned and reactive maintenance of a large number of properties across a country estate in the Highlands.


Applicants will require joinery, plumbing, heating and electrical experience.  The ability to problem solve, use initiative, work both alone and as part of a team is essential, along with confidentiality.  Experience of boat operation/maintenance would be an advantage.


General day-to-day duties / requirements: Electrical experience / Plumbing experience / Heating experience / Joinery experience / Regular inspections of all properties, service voids and M&E equipment / Reporting of issues to Property Management team / Clearing gutters, sweeping up /  Problem solving / Clean cars / Meeting contractors and allowing access / Boat operation and maintenance.


Salary  £26-28k DOE. Lovely accommodation available and use of car. A full driving licence and basic computer literacy is a necessity. Start January.
