Working in a great environment, our Client is looking for an exceptional Maintenance and Facility Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of this substantial family home, along with secondary properties.


The position requires someone who is hands-on and able to oversee all household matters, including, but not limited to: technology, engineering & maintenance contracts, construction projects, pool/spa maintenance and the hardware required for: the care and storage of wine, art and antiques, security and landscaping.


The Maintenance and Facility Manager will need to work together with contractors and service providers to quickly familiarise him/herself with the technical systems incorporated into the property, which include: indoor/outdoor pool, media room, spa and gym, alarm systems, luton/creston lighting controls ad state of the art heating and cooling systems etc.


In addition, he/she will need to work with the existing management and domestic staff, teaching them the correct level of understanding for the relevant systems that have been incorporated into the property, so that everyone is able to use the systems and technology to provide the top level of service expected.


The successful candidate may have gathered experience in private homes, deluxe or boutique hotels or museums and galleries - indeed any property where great emphasis has been given, not only to cutting edge E&M and IT/AV systems, but also to the soft and hard finishes, art, antiques, fixtures and fittings.


Hours: Weekdays, Monday to Friday, with flexible availability at weekends. Salary upto £50k gross pa DOE, and a contract is offered subject to a 3 month probationary period. DBS required. Non smoker. Start Spring 2018.
