Our high-profile client is currently seeking a live-in House Manager for their substantial residence in UAE. 


The property has been unused for quite some time, and it would be your responsibility to oversee and manage all restoration and cleaning in readiness for the family to begin using this large, beautiful Palace once more.


You will be reporting directly to Sheikha. You must be diligent, proactive and have the strength of character to make decisions without always being directed.  Strong organisational skills and in-depth knowledge relating to running similar residences is essential.  You will need to be highly disciplined in your approach with an eye for fine detail.


Duties will include (but not restricted to):

• Organise the restoration or specialist cleaning of furniture and small items.

• Source and oversee any decoration in areas that have seen decline.

• Hire a Facilities Manager, and household staff to assist and be in place for when the family move in, which has been set at between 1–1½ years’ time.

• To keep the Principals informed of progress at regular intervals.


Accommodation will be provided close to the property by way of an apartment - separate to the main family residence.


A car will be offered for travel to and from work

30 days holiday

Working Monday - Friday

Economy flight home once per year for purpose of holiday

Salary in the region of £40,000 NET
