House Manager - Multiple Properties

Our client is looking to employ a House Manger to oversee their family residences, which include 2 main residences plus a Beach House and another close to the Dead Sea.

Their current House Manager is leaving after 10 years to return to her family in Germany.

They do not require experience of living in the area, but it is important that you are willing and will be interested in learning the Arabic culture.

You should be friendly, personable, highly efficient, a good communicator (preferably excellent spoken English), with a private house and/or hospitality background.

Your duties will be to ensure the smooth running of the residences, all of which are fully staffed, organising staff rotas, staff holidays, visas, preparing dinner parties and children's events.

Ideally you will have managed staff before, and with your fine eye for detail will offer your experience to ensure the standards of the housekeeping staff meet the client's expectations.

Duties will also include overseeing and managing the budgets for each residence, shopping for household items when required, and ensuring each residence is in a ready state prior to the family arriving.

They tend to travel to London and Barcelona during the summer months, which is when you will have a quieter period of time.

You must drive and have a positive 'can do' attitude with a good level of energy.

This is a super opportunity.

Days of work: 6 days (except if family are overseas)

Salary:  This will be based on experience to date.  If interested in the role, please let us know your salary expectation and availability.
