Tiger Private is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Russian speaking Head of Family Office to oversee and manage all aspects of a sophisticated single family office based in London.

As a Head of Family Office, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing a dynamic team responsible for overseeing the client's personal issues in UAE, UK, Europe, and Cyprus.

Your responsibilities will extend to travel planning, organizing leisure activities, and providing lifestyle management services. This unique role requires a skilled professional who can navigate demanding tasks and engage in delicate conversations with various family members.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Strategic leadership for the Single Family Office Team
• Cultivating a high-performing group of professionals dedicated to providing unparalleled service
• Curating luxury real estate portfolio 
• Driving business strategies
• Identifying luxury real estate tailored for family living
• Establishing and executing standards and procedures to uphold all family real estate
• Crafting exceptional bespoke travel experiences and lifestyle management
• Orchestrating tailor-made leisure activities and overseeing various aspects of the client's daily life

WHO YOU ARE

• Russian native with fluent English
• Background in holding a Head/Senior Private PA or equivalent position
• Previous experience in a Family Office setting with a successful track record in driving business strategies
• Proven ability to manage demanding tasks and delicate conversations with family members
• Capability to work independently with minimal direction while achieving assigned work and individual goals
• Excellent time and workload management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
