We are looking for an experienced Freelance Private Chef for a residence in Holland Park, London.


The family prefer an informal, friendly and professional approach with the key emphasis being placed on the employees’ work ethics, skills, trustworthiness, flexibility and loyalty.


Initially this would be a temporary role but with a chance of it becoming full-time in the future.


The role:

  • To plan, prepare and serve a wide variety of delicious meals for a private family, and occasionally their guests, at their London home.

  • To focus on using fresh, seasonal produce to create exceptional flavours, textures and dishes from across the globe for the family to enjoy. The family enjoy Lebanese style food.

  • The role also involves preparing meals for the household team, and the preparation of a weekend menu plan.

  • Plan and prepare a variety of food for weekends, ensuring weekend staff have instructions for cooking.

  • The family travel frequently during school holiday time, but it is not expected that the Chef will be required to travel with the family.

  • You must enjoy working in a family environment with children and pets.

  • Undertake health and safety duties.

  • Hours are flexible but around Monday-Friday 10:30-20:30


Qualifications / Experience Required:

  • 5 years as a Private Chef and a food hygiene certificate are essential.

  • Michelin or AA Rosette experience is desirable.

  • Dessert and pastry skills are also desirable.

  • A competitive daily salary is on offer for this role.
