EXECUTIVE CHEF - SUMMER CONTRACT

We are seeking an Executive Chef, to run the kitchens with 2 existing Chefs, for an UHNW family.
Working on a private island starting 1st July to end August, possibly to mid September, with a cooking trial in London in June. The role potentially could go permanent in the UK thereafter.
In Greece, buffet lunches and plattered dinners, and sometimes formal dinners – Mr & Mrs have a large extended family, grandchildren etc. Not all there at same time but could be, and often with people dropping in on their yachts, guests flying in etc, so often cooking upto 40 persons. Med food / Light / French cuisine.
Schedule: 6 days a week - morning till late, with 2-3 hours rest during the day.
Accomodation one bedroom/bathroom/studio. Staff car available. Competitive salary DOE circa £70 - £100,000 gross pa DOE.
