The newly hired CEO of this St James's based Family Office is looking for an EA to join the start-up team. Initially working remotely until the office refurbishment is complete and then office based, you will be pivotal in setting up the office systems/processes alongside supporting the CEO in a true right hand capacity. Of course in a role at this level chemistry is key so you will need to match the CEO's drive, commitment and energy and also have a good sense of humour. As this is a new role you will be a core member of the start-up team and be involved in building your own role as well as being involved in future hiring/onboarding. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working for HNW's and who has the self confidence to take ownership and drive your own projects as well as being involved in making key decisions relating to the successful expansion of the office.


The role would suit a career EA who has experience with HNW/UHNW and who has worked in a fast-paced environment either as part of a smaller team or with 'small company mentality' as you will wear many hats and need a 'no job is too small' attitude. It will suit someone proactive and highly organised with excellent emotional intelligence and who doesn't need to be micro-managed. You will also need to have sound business acumen and ideally experience of having worked either in a family office environment or private equity/asset management. Whilst the role will be principally providing business support to the CEO and his family, on occasion the Principals will visit the London office so you may also be required to coordinate and attend meetings with them or deal with family requests.  As the CEO travels regularly across multiple timezones, on occasion you may be required to travel alongside him (sometimes at short notice) so flexibility is going to be a key requisite.
