This international family are seeking either a live in or Live out Full time Cook/Chef, to cook all three meals a day for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children).


There is another Cook in the kitchen, so you will work together, and cover each-others time off.


You will work 5.5 days and full working 12 hour daily shifts, with breaks in-between starting for breakfast service and until dinner is served and cleared. Typical days Sunday- Friday but candidate should be flexible, and this is organised on a rota basis.


Cuisines desired: Ottolenghi style and Asian recipes. Indian, other Asian (Thai, Chinese, Japanese) as well as fresh soups, salads, a variety of healthy dishes, experience of gluten free/diary free would be preferred. Is used to making lean, fresh food with high nutritional content. Example of ingredients:- Black soba noodles, quinoa, green juices (cold pressed), chicken and salmon Teriyaki, gluten free baking with almond flour and coconut butter etc., healthy gluten alternatives. Using Soy and Almond milk in juices.


A mix of duties will be asked, according to who fills the role. Duties include Serving tea and drinks / Serving and laying formal table place settings / Answering telephone and doorbells / Organising and purchasing produce / Flower arrangements in the home / general housekeeping.


Would suit someone energetic, flexible and willing to muck in and help with ordering groceries online and serving the family meals. Will be responsible to keep the kitchen clean. Used to working in a team as there are other members of staff employed in this household.


Salary up to £600 npwk DOE & whether Live in Or Live out.


They can accommodate live in for females only, in staff quarters with own room, shared bathroom with two other ladies. If it is a male applicant, must be live out.


Must have EU / British passport or Right to Remain.
