A professional Couple, are seeking an experienced Live In Housekeeper and Driver/ Handyman to maintain this ultra modern and spacious home complete with fine art, antiquities, and high end finishes.

The property comprises 3 large ensuite bedrooms, with various open plan living and recreational areas, and one other cottage, which has space used as staff flat/guest flat/studio space (all with separate entrances).

Housekeeper: Maintain the overall high cleaning standards throughout, deal with contractors as required, handle laundry and delicate garments. Have a proactive approach to the female principals needs when in residence, including some diary liaison for essential maintenance and also organisation of pick ups/drop offs from airports etc.

Driver/Handyman: Overall maintenance of the grounds and general household DIY, along with some garden maintenance. Experience in machinery is necessary including ability to use a hopper/order pellets as required. Driving as necessary, ideally this will also include light farm vehicles (although training can be provided), and ensuring all vehicle maintenance is upheld.

Joint: Attitude will be key for this role, a can-do approach is essential. Joint duties will include attending the Chicken Coop and 2 friendly Goats ensuring – assisting with overall wellbeing, therefore a pet friendly individual is a must.

The Principals travel frequently however when they are in situ, entertain guests regularly and therefore want a flexible couple who are happy to work the occasional day on a weekend, with time given back in lieu. There is a full time Chef, however you may be asked to set table, service, prepare light breakfast and/or light lunch, when Chef on holidays/away etc.

Due to the location, a clean driving licence is necessary to access the property, run errands, etc with staff cars available onsite for work usage. A one bedroom newly renovated staff flat is provided with kitchen, living, utility and boot room. Bills included excluding phone calls, and any additional satellite connections.

Hours / Package: Monday to Friday – 45 hour week with some flexibility. £75-80,000 combined gross pa DOE. Must have Right to Work in UK, both be DBS cleared, have recent and checkable references.
