Location - SEYCHELLES
We are looking for a professional and experienced couple for our private client. The position is full-time, live-in and permanent.
8 Bed residence with large garden, gym, pool and several large living spaces.
Must have very good previous management experience either in Private Villas or yachts.
A hospitality background in a Management role would be considered once some private experience on yachts or villas has also been gained.
English speaking with French a bonus. Creole is the local language.
Would be responsible for a large property with swimming pool, sauna, jet skis, cars, golf karts etc.
Large garden and must be capable of supervising landscaping.
Permanent staff on site are four gardeners. All other staff are contracted or hired on temporary basis when guests in residence. Must be capable of pulling together a successful team whenever guests in residence.
Supervision of housekeeping, service, organisation of family dinners, events and entertainment.
Supervision of Kitchen to ensure high food standards. If a chef candidate food is extremely healthy, lots of raw food options, be able to cater for up to forty people per meal which includes guests, staff and entourage.
Accounting, reports, supervision of build work, contractors.
Good management skills are required however the couple must also be prepared to role up their sleeves and work when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have high energy and enthusiasm. Be well presented and as the property is very large a good level of fitness is required.
Start date ASAP.
Salary 6,000 Euros per month plus Food expenses 1,500 euro per month per person.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
