LIVE-IN DOMESTIC COUPLE

Our Private Clients are actively seeking a Live-in Domestic Couple for their beautiful residence in Exeter.

The residence will not always be occupied so our Clients are requiring a Couple who will use their own initiative and take ownership when providing security for the residence and completing their duties.

Duties required:

• General housekeeping, including delivering a high standard of ironing, laundry, bed linen etc
• Providing security, checking the residence every day
• Estate maintenance of the grounds, including swimming pool servicing and maintenance
• Paying attention to detail
• Knowledge of antiques
• When the Principals are not in residence, the Couple may be required to look after their dog
• Assisting the Handyman and Gardener
• Preparing for arrival/departure of staying guests

There is a 5-bedroom property on the Estate which the Principals are considering turning into a summer let. The Couple will be required to manage and maintain the staying of guests and preparing for their arrival and departure.

Hours: 40 hours per week, flexibility is required. When the Principals are not in residence, the Couple will be required to check the residence every day including weekends for security purposes. If the summer let has no staying guests, the Couple will not be required to work 8-hour days but will be required to use their initiative to complete any outstanding tasks which may arise.

Accommodation: 2-bedroom cottage on site, all utilities included

Candidates required: Experienced Domestic Couple, no children and no pets
