Location - ESSEX, UK

We are seeking an experienced professional Couple who is happy to multi-task managing the day to day running of a private property, on a 12 acre estate.

Duties as follows:

• General maintenance of the Property including DIY, Garden, Pool, AV, Security systems and dealing with all property and household contractors and liaising with the Principals
• Housekeeping duties to include daily cleaning, weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual deep cleaning, washing, ironing, along with up-keep of furniture, art, china, silver.
• Maintaining vehicles located at the Property, cleaning of the cars and ensuring they are serviced, MOT etc
• Bookkeeping of expenses monthly and occasional chauffeur service
• No cooking required unless you love it!
