A well-established Single-Family Office, based in Hampshire is looking for an Accountant to join the team.

 

They currently have a Finance Director in place who is looking to take a step back while training someone to take over.

 

The candidate should be a newly qualified chartered accountant, who will be a good fit with the family here. 

  • Preparing annual accounts for all companies, partnerships and the pension fund
  • Preparing annual tax files for all individuals (tax returns are submitted by our accountants).
  • Preparing annual cash flow budgets with monthly reporting of actuals.
  • Cash management.
  • VAT returns.
  • PAYE, P11D’s, CT 61 returns.
  • Overseeing computerised accounts, payroll and rent packages.
  • Intercompany/individual recharges.
  • Annual Farm Subsidy claims.
  • Administering farm contracting arrangements
  • Company secretarial work.
  • Reviewing insurance policies.
  • Reviewing tenancy agreements.

 

Remuneration £40,000 - £50,000
