A newly created Family Office based in New York is looking at making several key hires to their team. One of the key roles is for a Project Manager.


Position Summary:
This is a highly varied role, where you will be responsible for all projects within the Family Office. These can include construction projects, change initiates across businesses, arranging video series, compiling organizational information, and various other ad hoc projects. You will be required to manage projects across multiple locations and occasionally required to travel (within the state) as well as a small number of trips with the USA.


Skills and experience:

  • The successful candidates naturally have strong organizational skills, strong Excel and power points skills, and overall technical capabilities.
  • The successful candidate will be driven with a high EQ (emotional intelligence).
  • You will be required to manage multiple relationships, so you must be a people person.
  • The ideal candidate may come from a multitude of backgrounds. However, experience working for a Family Office of a construction company will be advantageous.
  • Excellent writing and communications skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.


Additional information

  • The principal is supported by an EA, however there may be to support him when there are big events or trips.


Compensation and benefits:

  • Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 + quarterly discretionary bonus
  • Medical, Dental, Vision
  • 401K match
  • Remote initially then a hybrid schedule
