PROJECT COORDINATOR / BUSINESS ASSISTANT: SINGLE FAMILY OFFICE

One of our top clients is looking to hire a Project Coordinator / Business Assistant to oversee the Company’s projects and investments, working closely with the Principal to coordinate necessary meetings and meticulously gather resources and information to report to the Principal and make sure that deadlines are being met.

 

Duties shall include:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, deliverables and budgets.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks, deadlines and that all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Perform research and generate reports as required.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings with the Client.
  • Organizing, attending and taking minutes in meetings.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Liaising with other offices and senior management teams.
  • Dealing with ad hoc requests as required.

Candidates must be fluent in Russian and English and have the highest level of attention to detail to make sure that reports and information are accurate at all times.

 

Prior experience working for an UHNWI or with an UHNW Family Office is desired.

 

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum depending one experience.
