PERSONAL ASSISTANT to PRINCIPAL

An Asian Family Office in Singapore is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to support the Principal in coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining luxury lifestyle and overseeing real
estate projects.
Position Descriptions:
The Executive Personal Assistant will serve as the Principal’s key point of contact in executing their personal service needs and real-time requests as it relates to critical lifestyle, travel,
and property support. The Executive Personal Assistant will act as a critical liaison to the Principal, providing logistical and strategic support to maximize the Principal’s time, energy, and
resources to meet their personal and professional goals and agenda.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Manage any and all aspects of the Principal’s personal life including but not limited to:
- Responsible in handling superior’s schedule arrangement, travel booking, paperwork approval etc.
- Responsible to liaise, communicate and coordinate with all company internal and external personnels and handle guest reception duties.
- Responsible to assist and update superior in managing property related projects. To communicate and coordinate with architects and external parties in relation to property renovations.
- Responsible for management and handling of the superior’s family health records and the required documentation.
- To assist the Head of Business & Operations in office management matters (example day to day maintenance of physical office premises, cleanliness, liaising with external vendors if required)
and providing support for Shared services to the Management and staff.
- To perform investment related reconciliation, organize important documentation records & administrative filing (guidance will be provided).
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or run errands as required by the superior.
Requirements:
- Service teams, including chefs, housekeeping staff, and other staff/vendors/contractors
- Successful track record of maintaining a private employer’s confidentiality, safety, security, and privacy
- Is known for thinking ahead and anticipating the needs and requests associated with the Principals’
- Degree/Diploma holder in any discipline and architectural/ engineering background would be advantageous.
