One of our top clients, a Private Office based in West London are looking for a professional, diligent and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join their small but busy team.


This is an entry level position with potential for advancement within the department depending on the candidate’s application and potential.


Desired skills:

  • Excellent command of the Russian language - written and oral
  • Professional friendly telephone and personal manner
  • Good work ethic, diligence, enthusiasm, loyalty and responsible attitude
  • No restrictions on employment in the UK


Duties will include:

  • Answering phones and transferring to the appropriate staff member
  • Meeting and greeting guests for meetings, assistance at meetings
  • Coordinating with courier services
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • Preparing outgoing mail for distribution
  • Maintaining office filing and storage systems
  • Updating and maintaining databases such as contact lists etc
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies stock
  • Ensuring office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Performing work related errands as requested
  • Any other secretarial duties


Salary: Circa £24k
