A newly set up Family Office are hiring for a competent Office Administrator to support the established team.


The offices’ function is to manage international properties, accounts and the personal lifestyle of the family. This role will ensure smooth running of the office and provide general assistance.


You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including Office Administration and finance related duties such as banking, dealing with several payments and maintaining documents and records.


Successful candidates will have excellent attention to detail, good multi-tasking skills and highly organised.


You must be a fluent Portuguese speaker and able to travel to the office based in Chertsey. There is a free car park at the office or the nearest station is Weybridge.


Salary: circa £25,000 per annum
