A Single Family Office located in London is looking for an Administrator to support the small team across operations, finance and administration.

 

This role would suit an individual with basic accounting experience. 

 

Responsibilities   

  • Assisting the Director of Operations  
  • Deputizing for the Director of Operations on site visits throughout the UK and European private residencies  
  • Assisting with bookkeeping and accounting (backup for the Director of Finance)  
  • Admin support to office with filing and the Document Management System  
  • Producing MS documents  
  • Bank end processing of office expenses, bank reconciliations and trial balances  
  • Other administrative tasks on projects and requirements from other Directors   
  • Assist on month & year end closing  
  • Assist with preparations for operational and budgetary audits  
  • Assist in the development of the residences and related entities annual budgets  
  • Assisting with Executive Team’s needs  

 

Qualifications  

  • Multitasker with ability to work on multiple projects for multiple people  
  • Basic accounting background is required  
  • One plus year of accounting experience 
  • Family office background and experience is a plus 

 

Salary: £30,000-£50,000 per annum depending on experience
