FINANCE MANAGER / ACCOUNTANT: SINGLE FAMILY OFFICE

A new Family Office setting up in London is looking for a Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).

 

Practice experience is desirable as well as some Fund or Investment Accounting.

 

Key Duties:

· Managing the finance function of the FO

· Overall responsibility for reporting of the financials for all FO properties, assets and investments

· Reporting of the monthly and annual financials for investments in the FO

· Administration and annual budgeting for all properties and investments within the FO

· Analysis of Accounts for various businesses and investments in the FO

· Processing of all invoices and monthly payments as well as payroll

· Organising payment runs and monthly reporting

· Creating and maintaining finance processes and procedures relevant to the effective running of the FO

· Other ad hoc duties as required

 

The Candidate:

· Qualified Accountant, at least 3 years Post Qualified

· Experience of current accounting systems

· Skilled in general IT such as Excel and Word, and relevant accountancy software

· Credible presentable professional who is well organised and capable of meeting deadlines

· Strong interpersonal, planning and numerical skills

· Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to analyse data

· Ability to effectively present information

 

Salary: £40k - £60k
