An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established Family Office based in Belgravia. The successful candidate will be joining a very small team which is well established and very stable.

The roles is broad and flexible and will require the following skill set:

  • Highly organised
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, correct grammar, spelling, etc.
  • Able to work well independently whilst supporting and being part of a team.
  • Good I.T. skills which will include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Numerate and confident with basic bookkeeping. Familiarity with bookkeeping packages (Sage, Quicken, QuickBooks, etc.) would be advantageous.


Duties will include:

  • Special one off project to transfer paper filing on to a digitised system
  • Finance
    • Entering invoices into accounting system and setting up payments with the bank ready for approval
    • Follow up on any queries
    • Record Petty Cash receipts and do monthly reconciliation
    • Collect receipts for company credit cards for monthly reconciliation
  • General Administration
    • Monitoring incoming telephone calls
    • Proof-reading documentation
    • Form filling
    • Compiling presentation materials (PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Receiving visitors to the office as and when required
    • Sourcing various suppliers
    • Event driven ad hoc support

This will suit someone who is warm and friendly, likes working in a team but is very happy to work in their own in what will be a frequently autonomous role.


They will be flexible and if work or ad hoc events dictate, be happy on occasion to work outside rigid office hours, occasionally including part of a weekend (this would be comparatively rare and compensated with other time off).


Package: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits.
