An exclusive brand new opportunity has arisen for a Family Office. The role is to assist and deputise as required for the Director of the Family Office.

 

It is to manage key activities for the office, to enable the best possible support for the family (both internally, externally and for private engagements).

 

The role plays a crucial part in supporting the family to meet and maintain their long term strategic goal.

 

It covers a very broad range of tasks including, strategy development, co-ordination and dissemination of information, management of high quality external services, investment management, support for philanthropy, facilitation of the programmes for engagement with the next generation of potential owners etc.

 

The Successful Candidate:

  • Experience working in a similar role/environment or have transferable skills
  • Adaptable and flexible attitude to be able to deal with a number of different duties, this includes:
    • Ensuring a well organised and efficiently run family office
    • Managing the implementation of the next generation engagement plan for the rising generation of the Family. Enabling the provision of the right guidance and support including, work exp, learning and development support, family events etc.
    • Provide full preparation for internal meetings and reporting, including preparation of periodic and ad hoc reporting. This includes investment performance, budget process, monitoring of strategic work programmes etc.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external contacts at all levels
  • Research, analysis and reporting writing skills
  • Highly computer literate
  • A positive and enthusiastic team player with drive and initiative

 

This is an excellent long-term career role that requires discretion, confidentiality and loyalty to the family.

 

Package details: a basic salary of £50,000 – £65,000 per annum plus 10% bonus and an excellent benefits package.
