The Principal of a Single Family Office based in London Mayfair is looking to hire a committed and competent, bilingual Executive Assistant / Project Manager to support him from the Family Office based in London.


You must be fluent in Russian and English to be considered for this position. If you can also speak French then this would be highly advantageous.


Duties will include:

  • Travel bookings via private assets and accommodation bookings
  • Complex Diary Management
  • Screening emails and conference calls
  • Translation of business correspondence.
  • Lifestyle Management including restaurant bookings, event planning, appointments
  • Communication with external business professionals
  • Management of properties in the UK and overseas including dealing with contractors and recruitment of household staff
  • Project Management of other assets including a Super Yacht, Private Jet and Car Fleet
  • Occasional travel to the South of France may be required


Candidates must have prior UHNW experience whether it be 1:1 support to an individual or working from a Family Office ideally in London. Experience with high value assets will also be an advantage.
