CLIENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR - PRIVATE WEALTH SERVICES

An excellent position has arisen within an organisation that provides bespoke Wealth Structuring and Family Office services for clients internationally.

 

This role will be within the Client Services team of the London office and will be primarily administering a portfolio of companies and trusts.

 

The role will involve communicating with clients and third parties, complying with internal procedures and external regulations. Compiling agreements, invoices, payments, and any other documentation as well as keeping all financial records and ledgers up to date in liaison with the internal and/or external accountants, arranging the setting up of companies and be responsible for the upkeep of company files and records on a day-to-day basis.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A good University Degree (preferably in Economics, Law or Finance) or a professional qualification (ACCA or equivalent)
  • A minimum of two years work experience in a professional environment, preferably an accountancy practice (in Italy and/or UK)
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • A friendly personality, team spirit, adaptability, and sound common sense
  • Good presentation, be self-motivated and have initiative as the work is varied and strict deadlines must be met.
  • A methodical and organised approach to deliver high quality service
  • A keen eye for accuracy and detail

The compensation package offered to the successful candidates is negotiable and will be based upon relevant experience and overall suitability.
