Our client is a Middle Eastern UHNWI setting up a new Family Office in London, they are currently looking to fill Multiple C-Level positions.

 

A well-qualified CFO to be responsible for guiding and managing the financial aspects of the FO. The successful candidate will be expected to act in a private advisory role to the business owners, including overseeing management systems, cost control, tax planning and annual budgets. You will also be instrumental in structuring and setting up the accounting framework for the Family Office.

 

Tasks will include:

  • Formulation and management of annual budgets and targets and strategic planning
  • Be an advisor from the financial perspective on any contracts into which the corporation may enter.
  • Ensure that all management and statutory reporting of the results of all financial affairs of the commercial activities are delivered on a timely basis and in accordance with best practice
  • Submit annual budgets and reporting of actual costs for all Family Investments
  • Responsible for all tax planning and compliance across all activities
  • Oversee all day to day Financial Management across all activities
  • Provide clear advisory direction on all private matters

An Accounting Qualifications is desirable along with experience working within a Family Office.

 

Remuneration will reflect the seniority of the role in line with current market levels
